RETURN, how does that work?
1. Fill in the return form in the return & exchange form (this is when you order).
2. Specify what and the number you want to return. All details can be found on your bill.
3. If possible, give the reason (not required but nice for us to know).
4. Pack the return items in the original shipping container.
5. Send the return & exchange form and you bill it in the box.
A. Dutch customers paste the enclosed return label clearly on the box (make sure the barcode is not damaged and legible).
B. Belgian customers can return the parcel postage prepaid to the attention Kay Fashion Big Sizes Women.
6. Dutch customers give the package to a PostNL point to close (click for PostNL nearest point here).
Ask the postmaster to scan the package, the label has already been paid.
Belgian customers send the parcel to our stone shop (no pickup location as Kiala) and herein have free choice, eg. BPost.
7. Keep the proof of shipment carefully.
8. However, your return will be upon receipt as soon as possible always processed by us within 14 working days.
Of these you will receive a confirmation and credit notes from our shop direct refund to your account.

EXCHANGE how does that work?
1. Please complete the return form in the return & exchange form (this is when you order) as defined above in point 1, 2, and 3.
2. Then fill the ruilbon on the return and exchange form (this is when you order).
3. Specify what and the number you want to receive the returned items in place.
All details can be found in the product description on our website.
4. Continue with steps 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
5. Upon receipt of your return your return is processed. Of these you will receive a confirmation and credit notes from our shop.
Immediately afterwards is also processed your return shipment. Here, too, you will receive an invoice the swap bill.
6. Through the credit and exchange notes you see what amount you receive or return the amount you must pay for.
7. If the amount exceeds the amount that you returned? Then you will receive a first payment link. After receipt of payment your order shipped directly exchange.
Of these you receive a new message delivery with track and trace code.

A. Return costs € 6.95

The cost of returning (from the customer to our shop) are always borne by the customer.
However, the Dutch return label has already been paid by us, counting so do the PostNL point anything out.
The return costs of € 6.95 will only be charged at the time that use is made of the enclosed return label.
For Dutch customers these costs will be deducted from the amount or return the amount of money still additional payment should be at.

Is the remaining order amount less than € 100?
Then the shipping costs are not free but amount to € 3.95.

Sale article is no longer at sale price but normal price?
Do you want to return an article Sale and exchange it for a different size or color or another Sale item?

Please note that this article should be can access on the Sale section at the right size and color. Otherwise, the regular price will be charged!

C. Incorrect Returns

Kay Fashion has a contract with TNT. This enables us to supply and returns and more cheaply to the Netherlands and Belgium.
So to our Dutch customers we ask to please use our return label.

Due to frequent erroneous returns, we unfortunately have to point our clients the following:
- If you like Dutch customer returns items without using our enclosed return label, we will refund
free shipping if needed! Additional costs are borne by the customer.
- If a return label is not included is the responsibility of the customer to us this thoughtful
necessary to make as yet claim compensation for shipping costs.
- If a return label on the one way or another is not working or is refused at the point Postnl
the customer asked to first inform us (our mobile number is always on the shipping container)
so we can offer a solution quickly and on the spot.
- If we are not informed about the origin of the problem lapse of vegoeding
shipping if necessary, additional costs are borne by the customer.
- If you abuse our return label (so you use our label other than to return to Kay Fashion)
imposed a fine of € 25. These costs become namely passed by PostNL.
